Daniel Naftalin is one of the partners in Mishcon de Reya's highly rated employment law group. He is a commercial employment specialist who advises large and small companies on their employment law issues, including litigation, employee recruitment and competition issues. He also advises senior executives and high net worth individuals on their terms of employment and termination arrangements and is an expert in the field of discrimination and whistleblowing.
Daniel works across a range of sectors but has particular expertise in financial services, recruitment, media and sport. He is a lecturer on the subject of drugs and alcohol in the workplace. He advised the Independent Enquiry on Drug Testing at Work and has lectured on the subject on behalf of the Home Office. He also advises the Employment Policy Committee of the Recruitment and Employers Confederation.
