David has over 20 years experience in all aspects of family law dealing predominantly with separation or the breakdown of marriage, related funding and costs matters as well as contentious Children Act applications. He also has an interest in complex ancillary relief applications – often with an international element – enforcement of ancillary relief orders and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
