Expertise
Robert specialises in civil fraud, acting for both claimants and defendants. He has obtained and opposed multiple search orders, freezing orders and delivery-up orders in large cross jurisdictional commercial disputes.
He has recently been involved in a substantial number of data theft and recovery cases using the civil fraud injunctive procedures (mentioned above). These cases also invariably involve allegations of breaches of restrictive covenants.
Robert has also worked on a broad variety of weighty general commercial litigation matters including breach of warranty cases, directors and minority shareholder disputes, breach of contract disputes and professional negligence matters.
He has worked across many industry sectors such as hedge funds, banking and financial sectors, the energy sector, the recruitment sector, telecommunications and property development.
