Expertise
Max has a diverse litigation practice. He works with companies, individuals and not-for-profit organisations on a wide range of disputes, many of which are multi-jurisdictional in nature. These have involved publishing and media, banking and financial services, private equity, charities and non-governmental organisations. A number of clients are involved in the business of art and antiquities – dealers, collectors, and intermediaries - and from this he has developed a particular expertise in disputes involving auctions, sale and supply of goods and related issues of international law.
