He has many years experience of commercial investment in development transactions and has developed a particular following especially amongst the more entrepreneurial and innovative property companies and funds. In response to client demand, Ian specialises in the increasingly complex financial structuring of property deals and works closely with the firm's corporate and corporate tax teams in devising creative structuring for property transactions.
